At Bistro Des Marées on Level 23, the Mother’s Day Ocean Elegance Brunch on 10 May sets the tone for a relaxed and refined afternoon. The experience features fresh seafood selections, vibrant salads, and an indulgent dessert spread, complemented by a welcome mocktail, live soft music, and a curated beverage menu. A special gesture dedicated to mothers adds a meaningful touch to the occasion.

For more personalised celebrations, Sweet Lab on Level 24 introduces a limited-time range of customisable cakes available from 8 to 10 May. Made to order with advance notice, the cakes offer guests a simple yet thoughtful way to celebrate mothers and maternal figures, whether at home or as part of a group gathering.

Mid-month, Sapphire Dragon on Level 24 embraces tradition with its Dragon Boat Festival celebration, running from 17 May to 21 June. Guests can enjoy handcrafted rice dumplings featuring both sweet and savoury fillings, along with curated takeaway options. A limited-edition reusable rice dumpling bag is also offered with selected purchases.

Towards the end of the month, the dining focus shifts to mark Hajj, with Quizine on Level 9 hosting a three-day Arabic-inspired dinner experience from 28 to 30 May. The buffet includes fragrant rice dishes, slow-cooked meats, mezze selections, and grilled specialities designed for sharing.

Complementing this, Indiya on Level 23 presents special biryani offerings on the day of Hajj, including Zaffrani Chicken Dum Biryani and Awadhi Mutton Biryani, available for both dine-in and takeaway—ideal for family-style celebrations.

Hilton Colombo Introduces Seoulful Flavours at Graze Kitchen
Hilton Colombo is set to host an exclusive 10-day culinary showcase titled “Seoulful Flavors at Graze” at Graze Kitchen, celebrating the depth and diversity of South Korean cuisine. The special dining experience is created in collaboration with Conrad Seoul and will run from 14 to 23 May 2026.

The event will feature guest chefs Jeong Hun Han and Young Hun Hwang, who will present a specially curated dinner buffet highlighting authentic Korean flavours. The menu is expected to showcase bold aromatics, fermented ingredients, and balanced taste profiles, complemented by traditional side dishes known as banchan, offering a mix of spicy, tangy, and savoury elements.

Guests can look forward to a variety of signature dishes and live stations, including Kimchi Fried Rice, Korean Mixed Noodles, a live Korean Pancake station, and Korean Shaved Ice with Sweet Red Beans, among other specialities.

Commenting on the collaboration, Manesh Fernando said the partnership with Conrad Seoul reflects Hilton Colombo’s aim to deliver culturally rich dining experiences that go beyond food, connecting guests with global culinary traditions.

The promotion further strengthens Hilton Colombo’s commitment to introducing internationally inspired gastronomy to the local dining scene, offering guests an authentic taste of Korean cuisine prepared by chefs deeply rooted in its culinary heritage.
