CEAT Kelani Holdings, the manufacturer responsible for meeting half of Sri Lanka’s pneumatic tyre requirements and producer of CEAT, one of the country’s leading tyre brands, has reinforced its commitment to a people-first workplace culture by celebrating employee dedication and outstanding performance at its 2026 Long Service Awards and Best Employee Awards.

A total of 76 employees were recognised for their years of service, including 25 employees completing five years, 19 employees reaching 10 years, and 32 employees achieving an impressive 25 years of service with the organisation. The milestone achievements reflect the strong employee loyalty and long-standing commitment built within CEAT Kelani Holdings.

The company noted that its employee retention strength is further demonstrated by the fact that nearly 20% of its workforce has served for more than 15 years, exceeding industry benchmarks and highlighting the organisation’s ability to attract, develop and retain talent over the long term.

The awards ceremony also recognised 14 Best Performing Employees from 13 departments, celebrating individuals who demonstrated exceptional performance, innovation, commitment and meaningful contributions to business growth during the financial year.

The recognised employees represented a wide range of functions across the organisation, including Sales, Marketing & Exports, Technical, Quality Assurance, Quality Based Management, Manufacturing operations in Kelaniya and Kalutara, Engineering teams at both locations, Supply Chain, Finance, Information Technology, Procurement and Human Resources.
