A Turkish Affair Unfolds at Hilton Colombo’s Graze Kitchen
Hilton Colombo presents “A Turkish Affair”, an exclusive 10-day culinary showcase at Graze Kitchen from 11 to 20 June 2026, celebrating the rich flavours, traditions, and hospitality of Türkiye. The event is conducted in collaboration with Hilton Istanbul Bosphorus and features authentic Turkish cuisine curated by guest chef Sercan Hamarat, bringing the vibrant tastes of Istanbul to Colombo.

Designed to complement Graze Kitchen’s signature dinner buffet, the culinary experience showcases a curated selection of traditional Turkish favourites that reflect the diverse influences of the Mediterranean coast, the Middle East, and Central Asia. Guests can enjoy Turkish shawarmas and döner kebabs prepared with sizzling cuts of meat, traditional Turkish kebabs, and hearty specialties such as chicken and mutton ouzi. An assortment of Turkish mezze dishes further enhances the experience, creating an inviting atmosphere for shared dining and cultural exchange.
