Prime Group Expands Community Reach with New Gampaha Branch
Prime Group, Sri Lanka’s most awarded and trusted real estate brand, has expanded its islandwide presence with the opening of its eighth branch in Gampaha, located at No. 6, Mangala Road, Gampaha.

The new branch marks an important milestone in Prime Group’s regional expansion strategy, bringing its range of real estate solutions closer to customers in one of Sri Lanka’s fastest-growing regions. The Gampaha branch is open to customers from 8:30 a.m. onwards, providing access to the Group’s full range of real estate services.

Strategically positioned in the heart of Gampaha, the new service centre has been designed to provide a modern, technology-enabled customer experience, while strengthening Prime Group’s focus on accessibility, convenience and service excellence.

Speaking on the opening, Ruminda Randeniya, CEO of Prime Group, said Gampaha has held a special place in the company’s history, as it was the location of Prime’s first-ever land venture when the company was established.

He noted that the dedicated branch represents a deliberate step in Prime Group’s long-term growth strategy, particularly as Gampaha continues to develop into an important commercial and transportation hub along the Central Expressway corridor.

Prime Group has maintained a strong presence in Gampaha for 30 years, delivering more than 3,000 land development projects and 12 housing and apartment developments across the district.

The company’s Gampaha portfolio includes projects such as Yolo, Venezia and J’adore, alongside residential lifestyle developments including The Palace, The Life and Prime Evoke. The Group has also introduced Prime Kadawatha, located close to the Kadawatha Interchange, offering convenient connectivity to destinations across the country.

Prime Kadawatha is also positioned as the only high-rise apartment project in Kadawatha, reflecting the company’s focus on developing modern and future-ready residential solutions.

The opening of the Gampaha branch follows the successful launch of Prime Group’s Kalutara branch in December 2025, further expanding the company’s network of customer service locations.

With its latest branch, Prime Group aims to build on its long-standing relationship with the Gampaha community while making trusted real estate expertise and solutions more accessible to customers across the district.
