Mahogany Masterpieces has unveiled its new digital flagship platform at mahogany.lk, alongside what the company describes as one of Sri Lanka’s most advanced AI concierge experiences introduced by a luxury brand.

The launch represents a major milestone in the company’s 52-year journey, combining its long-standing reputation for craftsmanship and premium interior solutions with a modern digital customer experience.

At the centre of the new platform is the MM AI Concierge, a custom-built conversational assistant integrated directly into the website. The AI-powered system is designed to assist visitors with information on Mahogany Masterpieces’ furniture collections, materials, finishes, turnkey interior services, export capabilities, and brand heritage.

According to the company, the MM AI Concierge is among the first deployments of this level of conversational AI technology within Sri Lanka’s luxury furniture and interiors sector, positioning the brand among a select group of international luxury companies integrating AI into customer engagement while maintaining a personalised brand experience.

The new platform also highlights one of the company’s signature innovations — its proprietary “Piano Finish” process, a 12-stage surface treatment expanded to 14 stages for export products. The finish is designed to provide a high-gloss, stain-resistant surface while preserving the natural grain of the timber.

Commenting on the launch, Kishan Gooneratne stated that the new website represents more than a digital catalogue, describing it as a full expression of the company’s craftsmanship, heritage, and long-term vision built over more than five decades.
