Prime Lands Residencies PLC has officially commenced the handover of its landmark residential project, “43 by the Sea,” welcoming homeowners to one of Colombo’s most distinctive addresses along Marine Drive.
Construction of the project began in 2023 and has now been fully completed, marking the fulfilment of commitments made to early buyers who invested in the development from its inception.
A recent handover ceremony brought together homeowners at the property, where Prime Lands Residencies officially transferred ownership and marked the beginning of community living in the oceanfront development.
Located along Colombo’s Marine Drive, the project offers a blend of coastal living and city convenience, with proximity to leading schools, hospitals, business centres, and cultural hubs. The development has been completed with all necessary approvals, and all units have been fully sold, with transfer deeds ready for execution.
Rising 12 floors above ground, “43 by the Sea” features a collection of three-bedroom and four-bedroom apartments designed to maximise ocean views and urban connectivity. The project is positioned at the intersection of Colombo’s coastal landscape and urban lifestyle, offering residents a premium residential experience.
The completion and handover of the project underscore Prime Lands Residencies PLC’s development philosophy, which emphasises delivering on commitments and ensuring full project completion before welcoming residents.
Backed by the wider Prime Group legacy, Prime Lands Residencies continues to position itself as a key player in Sri Lanka’s premium residential property sector, focusing on trust, delivery, and long-term value creation for homeowners.
