LOLC Finance PLC, one of Sri Lanka’s leading non-banking financial institutions (NBFIs), has been recognised once again for its strong commitment to data governance, regulatory compliance and operational excellence, securing the Gold Award for Data Management and Compliance – Data Submission Volume Category 2 at the Credit Information Bureau of Sri Lanka (CRIB) CEO’s Forum and Institutional Rating Awards 2026.

Category 2 covers financial institutions that handle an annual credit data submission volume of between 500,000 and 1 million records, highlighting the scale and consistency of LOLC Finance’s reporting operations.

The awards ceremony was held at The Forum, Cinnamon Life at City of Dreams, bringing together representatives from Sri Lanka’s banking and non-banking financial services sectors to recognise outstanding performance in credit information reporting and data management.

The CRIB Institutional Rating Awards are presented following a comprehensive assessment of financial institutions against defined and measurable performance criteria. The evaluation considers key areas including the accuracy, completeness, consistency, timeliness and volume of credit information submitted to CRIB, as well as compliance with regulatory reporting requirements.
